Your experience should be a good one, filled with great memories. Who is Au Pair Solution? Au Pair Solution is a small agency based in Co. Mayo, Ireland started by Celia Anderson with a special goal in mind - to improve the personal aspect of the childcare, Au Pair and Volunteer agency business. She has worked as an Au Pair Coordinator for many years, which of course gave her the taste for it. As an Au Pair Coordinator; Celia was affectionately referred to as “Granny” by many Families, European agents and Au Pairs in reference to her caring ways with her Au Pairs. She feels that not only was she able to give the Families and Au Pair fond memories but in return was rewarded with life long friendships and contact with 'her adopted daughters'. Being well traveled herself and having lived and learned new cultures in different countries, Celia can understand the different way of life and cultures of other countries. This insight gives her the ability to connect with the Au Pairs. She also speaks English, German, Afrikaans and Swiss. Celia was born in Switzerland but spent 25 years in South Africa before moving back to Switzerland in 1993. From there on she sought 'greener pastures' and in 2000 found her place among the '40 shades of green' in Ireland. She went on to publish her own Novel 'Collection of Tails' in 2007, which consists of a collection of animals stories for children.
